AutoDrill with Vibration Feedback
AutoDrill with Vibration Feedback provides optimal drilling performance in rough strata by continually monitoring and automatically adjusting rotary speed to offset the excessive shock and vibration that can occur while drilling. Adjustments in rotary speed are automatic and take place as quickly as possible relative to the amount of shock and vibration that exists at he time, resulting in faster and more efficient drilling.

Auxiliary Air Compressors
P&H offers an industrial strength auxiliary air compressor for drill maintenance applications, providing high pressure performance at a reduced noise level. It is a stand-alone design for easy installation and maintenance, and it features simple and reliable electro-mechanical controls.

Compressor Oil Protection
Compressor Oil Protection improves the reliability and performance of your drill’s main air compressor by detecting oil flow and not allowing machine start-up until there is verification of oil flow. Frequent and precise lubrication is vital to high-quality performance of the main air cooling system of blasthole drills, so this system ensures the best possible compressor performance and offers added assurance against failure.

Compressor Soft Start
This custom-engineered upgrade allows low voltage starting of the main compressor motor to extend motor and compressor life. Soft Start also enables mines to move the drill with an MG set, and it eliminates the need to size a sub-station based on drill application.

Large Diameter Back-Up Rollers
This enhancement provides the 120A rotary carriage with new style back-up rollers. The new rollers provide increased width and allow for decreased contact pressure between the roller and mast, resulting in reduced roller wear.

Pipe In-The-Hole Protection Software
Pipe In-The-Hole Protection Software provides a program to warn the drill operator when there is a pipe positioned near or within the ground, advising the operator to visually check the pipe position and raise it if needed, thereby preventing pipe damage and associated costs, and eliminating down-time. Mast, jack and propel functions are prohibited if the rotary carriage is below a programmed electronic position.

Pipe Rack Holdback Upgrade
This upgrade provides holdback valves for the pipe rack cylinder circuit, which keeps the pipe racks in a stowed position while drilling. Drifting of the pipe rack is eliminated and continuous drilling is realized.

Radio Control Remote Propel
Remote propel allows the operator to stand at a safe distance from the drill while propelling it and watching exactly where the machine goes, resulting in an improved view and faster set-up time to pattern stakes. A transmitter and receiver are provided to control all operator functions from a remote location.

Sure Wrench and Sure Wrench II
Use of a hydraulic breakout wrench allows for one-person operation of pipe breaking from the operator’s cab. The P&H patented Sure Wrench and Sure Wrench II provide outstanding breaking torque and clamping force for faster than ever pipe change-outs. Wrenches are available for a wide range of pipe sizes and are proven in the field.

TorqueRite Clamps
Developed to solve a variety of industrial bolt tensioning problems, including over- or under-tightening, work or vibration loosening, thread galling and bolt related leakage. This revolutionary three-piece nut with an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve is applicable to a wide range of equipment including, electric and hydraulic shovels, draglines, rotary drills, haul trucks, dozers, conveyors, mills and crushers. The “TorqueRite” clamp provides perfect bolting every time, regardless of bolt grade, length, diameter or lubrication method.
