Air Operated Drum Rotator
Operated by a single maintenance technician, this product simplifies rope changes. The M-G sets are not required to be running for operation, which allows for easier communication and less noise. This enhancement provides direct visual oversight and precise control of drum speed to save time and eliminate guesswork.

Level Wind
Custom designed to fit any winch, a hydraulically operated level wind requires minimal human intervention and allows winch rope to be reeled evenly onto the drum.

Mast Support Kit
This enhancement complies with MSHA Bulletin No. P0010, providing secure support of the mast during maintenance and repair and reducing hazardous work conditions. It consists of two fixed length temporary pendant lines, each capable of holding three times the mast weight. The support kit was designed by a P.E. and is installed by certified welders.

Quick Change Drum Lagging Sleeves
Worn hoist drum grooves can severely impact wire rope life and reduce machine availability. P&H offers quick change lagging, with all drum rope grooves pre-machined into the lagging. For a first-time application, the drum is removed for machining-off of old grooves and any necessary weld repairs. Change-out of lagging sleeves can then be accomplished on the machine, without drum removal. This system provides years of service and saves downtime and expense.

Swing Pinion Loss Prevention
This enhancement provides a warning when a swing pinion becomes dislodged from its mounting. A warning / alarm alerts the operator to cease functions before additional damage may be incurred from the dislodged pinion.

TorqueRite Clamp
Developed to solve a variety of industrial bolt tensioning problems, including over- or under-tightening, work or vibration loosening, thread galling and bolt related leakage. This revolutionary three-piece nut with an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve is applicable to a wide range of equipment including, electric and hydraulic shovels, draglines, rotary drills, haul trucks, dozers, conveyors, mills and crushers. The “TorqueRite” clamp provides perfect bolting every time, regardless of bolt grade, length, diameter or lubrication method.
