Manual Distribution Policy

New Machine Manual Distribution Policy

It is the policy of Peak Services to deliver manuals, including mechanical, electrical, and operator manuals to the MinePro Office upon the commissioning of the machine located in that region.

New machines will receive the following standard package:

•         Four (4) hard color copies of the Operator Manuals. Distributed as follows:

•         three (3) to the customer and;

•         one (1) courtesy copy to MinePro.

•         Four (4) CD's containing PDF files of the Mechanical, Electrical, Operator, and Supplemental Manuals. Distributed as follows:

•         three (3) to the customer and;

•         one (1) courtesy copy to MinePro.

•         Two (2) hard color copies each of the Electrical, Mechanical, and Supplemental Manuals. Distributed as follows:

•         one (1) to the customer;

•         one (1) courtesy copy to MinePro.

All manual packages will be shipped third party collect by our external vendor. All charges are billed to Peak Services.
