From this analysis, individual and group workforce training plans can be developed and implemented. This streamlines the training process by targeting the individual or groups areas of improvement and prevents training time wasted on review of already mastered knowledge components.
Our standardized assessments, available in Spanish and English, cover both electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic competencies on P&H Products. These assessments are Internet based and can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere, provided they have a valid Internet connection. A Login and Password to the assessments can be arranged through P&H Peak Services.
