Engineering Professionals We are often seeking experienced engineers to assist in the development of electronic and mechanical systems for P&H mining equipment and aftermarket products. Work as a member of a self managed team applying concurrent engineering approaches. Be responsible for various phases of design, development, specification definition, system design, testing or evaluation. Qualified candidates must have a BS/MS degree in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or civil engineering. Microprocessor technology plays a critical role in our product lines. We utilize state of the art engineering tools including CATIA and Nastran.
Information Systems Our IS professionals are challenged to develop applications integrating global operations. To meet that challenge, P&H has "state-of-the-art" computer systems. P&H often has openings for qualified individuals with solid IS experience, good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. As an IS professional, you might consult with managers, define and analyze their needs, design, construct or implement systems. Most positions are located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Accounting/Finance The Accountants, Auditors and Controllers provide all financial information necessary for policy decisions. These key positions ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the organizations fiscal records and in preparation of its financial reports. P&H actively recruits individuals with experience in manufacturing that can support a global organization. Experience with international accounting regulations is often helpful.
