Life Insurance/Disability Protection
P&H Mining Equipment provides its employees with basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage equal to 1.5 times base pay. Additional coverage for employees and dependents is available. Salary continuation and Long-term Disability(LTD) coverage is provided to all employees with the option to purchase additional LTD benefits.
Flexible Spending Accounts Employees can use
pre-tax dollars to pay for health care expenses not covered by their
medical plan. In addition, "Dependent Care" accounts are
available on a pre-tax basis to pay for day care expenses.
Educational Assistance P&H Mining
Equipment provides reimbursement for employee’s tuition and books for
approved educational courses. Professional development through seminars
and company-sponsored training is also available.
Vacation/Holiday Pay We offer more than one
week of paid vacation after six- (6) months of employment and two weeks of
paid vacation after one year of service. P&H Mining Equipment also has
designated paid holidays.
Relocation Assistance Professional employees
asked to relocate may receive an assistance package, which covers many of
the expenses of relocating.
