It's often said that change is a constant in the mining business. P&H MinePro Services is focused on providing innovative products, and delivering the industry's most technically advanced field support to help mines achieve lowest cost per ton. MinePro not only serves as the worldwide distribution and support arm for P&H shovels, blasthole drills and draglines, but also represents a broad range of allied mining product lines that enhance our life-cycle management partnerships with customers.
Take a look at the host of new and improved products, and support services we introduced during recent years!
1884
When industrialists Alonzo Pawling and Henry Harnischfeger founded P&H Mining Equipment back in 1884, they knew that their success would depend on their ability to provide their customers with exceptional Quality and Service value.
From 1884 until near the end of the 20th Century, P&H Mining Equipment largely administered its service support from the P&H factory in Milwaukee. That model was about to change, however, as a new close-to-the-customer aftermarket model would take its place and bring even greater service support value supplied by local teams of mechanics, electricians and logistics managers with skills and resources tailored to meet local requirements.
1996
P&H Mining Equipment launches P&H MinePro Services, a global network of mine support teams focused on providing valuable product and service support solutions throughout the entire life cycle of mining equipment. MinePro further announces it will represent several major non-P&H products and equipment brands to underscore its “best total solutions” strategy of providing great products and service support tailored to the needs of the individual mining operation.
